The four-time Grand Slam champion shared this shot of her newest cover on Instagram along with the caption: “Hi guys. Popping out to post this @voguejapan cover, hope you’re all doing well and staying safe.”
The reigning Australian Open and US Open champion has kept a low profile on social media after announcing she was taking a break from the sport due to anxiety and depression.
Osaka, who pulled out of Roland Garros after winning her opener and opting against conducting mandatory post-match interviews, will miss Wimbledon, which starts next Monday, June 28th. Osaka is planning launch her comeback at next month’s Tokyo Olympic Games.
